This date is the last day to timely file Individual Income Tax (1040), Fiduciary Income Tax (1041), and Partnership Returns (1065). Extensions are available, and must be filed by this date to extend due date for filing, and to prevent penalties.

Also the First installment of individual estimated taxes is due this date. Use voucher 1040ES #1 for IRS and 540ES #1 for CA. Call me for help - John

Estimated Tax due date (3rd Installment), and extended due date for Corporate, Fiduciary, and Partnership Tax filings.

This date is the last day to timely file due date extended, calendar-year Corporate, Fiduciary, and Partnership income tax forms for tax year 2009. No further extension is available.

Corporate Due Date (Including Sub S)

Corporate return due date (Forms 1120, 1120S, CA Form 100 etc.). Federal extension may be filed, use Form 7006 to extend federal return for six months. No CA extension is required if CA taxes have been paid, or are paid now using voucher 100ES. Call me for help - John.
